COVID-19 Safety: New Admittance Procedure
Shelter in Place and Stay at Home orders were issued in mid March, 2020 in response to the COVID 19 pandemic.
Veterinarians are considered an essential business under those orders and are allowed to provide limited services only. We will be closed on Saturdays until the orders are lifted. We will be closing at 5:00p.m. all weekdays starting Monday 03/30/2020 until the orders are lifted.
New Admittance Procedures Effective 03/23/2020
We are asking our clients to call us from their car at (510) 339-2041 when they arrive to check in for their appointment. Clients are welcome to press 1 to bypass the message. One of our team members will bring the pet into the building while you wait outside. Pets will be going home with their pet parents at the end of the appointments. These are not drop off appointments.
Dr. Yang will call the clients with his findings and recommendations. We will transact over the phone. If you are in a ride share or are walking, please call us ahead of time so we can make special arrangements for the visit.
If a client is feeling ill, we ask that they send a healthy family member with their pet. If that is not possible, we will find a way to safely care for their ill pet. For medication or prescription food pick up. we ask for a call from the parking lot so that we can take the items to the car.
